After participating in the Ideate workshop and listening to the four Generate webinars, you’re ready to put your business plan together. In this Activate workshop, you will start to see how each component of your business plan inter-relates to the other. Dominik will help you focus on specific areas to help you strengthen your business plan, giving your business the best chance to succeed. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other like-minded emerging entrepreneurs to build a network that can support you as you take the next steps in launching or growing your business.
Note that it is not crucial to have participated in the Ideate and Generate workshops, though it is highly recommended.
Meet the Facilitator
Dominik Loncar is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Futurpreneur. He has started three businesses and currently runs a social purpose business. For the last 12 years, Dominik has helped over 200 start-up businesses get off the ground. He has worked with entrepreneurs from a cross section of industries; from IT, online, retail, service, traditional to innovative-based businesses. Dominik has a down-to-earth approach that gets entrepreneurs to focus on priorities that matter, and he is fascinated by how we tap into our creative impulses – to drive our creativity, our choices, our life.
