Newcomer Loan Program

• $20,000 in Loans for start-up or expansion of small business.

• Provides loans to newcomers 19 years of age and older who would otherwise not receive financial support.

• Newcomers must not have permanent resident status at time of application.

• Approved applicants are eligible for Training Grants upto $1,000.
